Position: Senior Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Civil Engineering and relevant experience in similar roles. The successful applicant will take on the responsibilities of a lead project coordinator, overseeing engaging projects.


Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Coordinator:
  • Extensive knowledge in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in managing diverse projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Conducting research and providing recommendations for optimal engineering solutions that align with client requirements and budget constraints
  • Supervising on-site personnel to ensure projects are completed successfully, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Keeping a detailed daily site diary, documenting essential information and tracking manpower levels for each subcontractor
  • Overseeing all engineering procurement processes, including the ordering of concrete and bulk materials
  • Responsible for the supervision, quality assurance, and measurement of all concrete pours
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the concrete cube register and other relevant quality checks by junior engineering staff
  • Coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and machinery necessary for project execution
  • Preparing engineering calculations as needed for project design and supervising drafting activities
Qualifications Required:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 5-7 years of demonstrated experience at a senior level, specifically in high-end civil or hard landscaping projects.
