About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TK Maxx Newtownards. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming products, promotions, and sales
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and participating in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
