About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our team at TK Maxx Newtownards. As a Retail Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and stock control
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Support sales floor operations, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
