Job Title: Night Picker Packer

We are seeking a skilled Night Picker Packer to join our team at our client's facility in Stowmarket. As a Night Picker Packer, you will be responsible for picking orders of decorating products using a scanner and PPT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all duties within the defined area are performed to the highest accuracy and standard.
  • Carry out assigned warehouse tasks, including picking, cleaning, and general housekeeping, loading, export, goods inwards, replenishment, and yard duties.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols at all times and report any hazards.
  • Encourage and identify ideas for continuous improvement, such as health and safety, housekeeping, and productivity.
  • Operate MHE/PPT to test standard at all times.
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks on MHE before operating.
  • Report any defects, faults, incidents, and accidents to management immediately.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure batteries are fully charged and changes completed in line with process.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of work to ensure quality of service.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.00 per hour, with a rate of £12.47 per hour after 12 weeks. Overtime is paid at £18.71 per hour after 42.5 hours. You will also receive full training and PPT training, and all roles are permanent after a successful trial period.
