Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BAU New Client/AML Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our New Clients/AML Team, you will be responsible for managing direct reports and ensuring the effective implementation of our anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the effective implementation of AML policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, and business development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure our firm remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in AML and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
