About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our team in delivering enterprise-level web builds. As a key member of our digital innovation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
Role Objective
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in managing complex web builds and proficiency in technical architecture. You will be responsible for navigating project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality completion
- Engage with C-suite executives during meetings, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information
- Provide insights on costs, resources, challenges, and solutions to clients
- Update stakeholders on project progress, aligning deliverables with deadlines
- Refine work processes and oversee project budgets
Requirements
- Strong experience in managing development of large-scale, enterprise web projects
- Deep technical understanding and experience in technical architecture
- Capability to handle two to three projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in conducting weekly project status reports to clients and the Head of Web
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with C-suite level executives
- Previous experience as a ScrumMaster in an Agile team, with current ScrumMaster certification beneficial
- Adept at managing client relationships and project finances
- Skilled in defining project scope via Project Initiation Documents and managing change effectively
- Leadership skills for guiding project teams
