Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to identify variations in attribute performance from established targets through various assessment methods, including objective measurements, subjective evaluations, and thorough checks of build conformity to the assembly process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the core aeroacoustics team to gain insights into upcoming products and their critical attribute characteristics, as well as ongoing quality initiatives for existing products.


Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for the Attribute Quality Specialist role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Proven experience in a quality role within an automotive production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply engineering problem-solving techniques, such as Six Sigma, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis, to complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with plant attributes including S&R, Wind, Noise, Water, and Testing.
  • A valid driving license.
