Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate effective and efficient agency training to meet the requirements of the business, ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and low risk management.
  • Ensure adherence to key regulatory processes and controls, including monthly audit reporting, FCA breach investigations, product training, and competence.
  • Build and develop strong, nurturing relationships across the business to support efficient and effective delivery of business objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement across the business.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Training Leader to identify and manage complaint trends and/or risk.
  • Establish and promote good risk management practices.
  • Motivate and develop direct reports and the wider team to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Monitor and deliver our training and competency requirements.
