Job Title: Family Engagement Officer

About the Role:

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Engagement Officer to join our team. As a Family Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in engaging families at the point of entry to our services and building and maintaining positive working relationships with service users, both at our centres and in the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Management: Provide day-to-day front of house management and administration functions for our centres.
  • Database Management: Be confident in using databases and inputting information to ensure accurate records and efficient service delivery.
  • Community Development: Establish and maintain good relationships with all site users, parents/carers, and visitors to enhance community development and promote our services.
  • Enquiry Management: Manage enquiries to our centres by telephone, email, and face-to-face contact from parents, professionals, voluntary organisations, statutory agencies, and the general public.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS: Hold an enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and security of our service users.
  • ICT Skills: Have experience of using a range of ICT software systems and packages to support efficient service delivery.
  • Experience: Have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with service users and stakeholders.
