My client, a leading manufacturer in the FMCG sector, is looking to strengthen its on-site team with the recruitment of an Electrical Maintenance Technician due to ongoing business growth.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who finds fulfillment in completing projects.


Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting safety circuit faults.
- Working with 3-phase motor control systems.
- Implementing relay logic and control mechanisms.
- Conducting PLC fault diagnosis.
- Fault finding on AC & DC variable speed drives and their control circuits.
- Understanding various sensors, including proximity and optical types.
- Familiarity with brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Telemecanique.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Competent in using computer systems to manage work orders.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple work demands effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must possess the 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification.
- Minimum qualification of ONC or equivalent is required.
- Experience in electrical fault diagnosis is essential.
- Strong willingness to learn and collaborate with the team.
