Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at MSW Engineering Recruitment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize engineering downtime and ensure compliance with production plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve site engineering objectives, including the development of team members and advanced team members.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for team members and maintain required GMP standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement actions to reduce accidents and near misses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented on time, in full, within budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in electrical maintenance and engineering, with a strong background in team leadership and continuous improvement.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in risk assessment and management.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
