Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach - Hyde

We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Hyde. As a key member of our Leisure Club team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch fitness classes, coaching our members to achieve their goals, and ensuring our club is always spotless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective fitness classes to our members
  • Coach and mentor members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to drive business results

Requirements:

  • A passion for everything hospitality, leisure and fitness
  • A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service, leading to exceptional member satisfaction
  • Solutions orientated with an eye for spotting issues before they happen
  • Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe
