We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Electrical Estimator to become a vital part of our team at Job Board Direct.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in electrical estimation, preferably with hands-on experience, enabling them to assess project needs, generate precise cost estimates, and collaborate effectively with project managers and other preconstruction personnel.

We are open to considering candidates with junior estimator experience who are looking to advance from an electrician role.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Estimator:
1. Evaluate electrical schematics, specifications, and related documents to create thorough and compliant cost estimates.
2. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to grasp project scope and requirements.
3. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.
4. Develop detailed and accurate bid proposals based on tender documents.
5. Monitor and manage project expenses, ensuring alignment with budget estimates.
6. Provide technical assistance during the bidding process and post-bid clarification phases.
