About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Flutter/Dart developer to join our dynamic engineering team during this exciting growth phase. You will play a crucial role in developing impactful features that directly benefit thousands of users daily. Our small team consists of highly accomplished individuals, each with a proven track record of success. This role offers immense opportunity for personal and professional growth.

What is Involved

  • Collaborate effectively as a key member of our engineering team to accelerate the development of our flagship mirror Flutter app.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Flutter internal admin web app features.
  • Develop and maintain AWS Backend functionality.
  • Work closely with our Chief Product Officer to ensure technical and product requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with QA to resolve bugs and minimize any issues that may arise in staging/production releases.
  • Ensure the smooth and timely release of new features, including coordination and communication with Customer Support and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience coding in Flutter/Dart within a startup or high-growth environment (Riverpod, Go Router).
  • Proven experience with AWS technologies (SAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3 etc.)
  • Proficiency in using JIRA or other project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
