Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Novotel Edinburgh Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
  • Serve drinks and take food orders through the POS system.
  • Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly, maintaining temperature and appearance.
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy according to procedure.
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for customer service and hospitality.
  • Be a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Have excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with your team to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
