Project Engineer - Marine

Unknown Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer - Marine to join our team in Essex. As a Project Engineer - Marine, you will play a key role in the advancement of future Marine Hydrogen technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to projects, including BOM control and management of subcontract design and analysis activity.
  • Assist in the design and analysis of systems, including component selection, system integration, and performance optimization.
  • Develop solutions for in-field failures and issues on company products and projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Participate in testing protocols, data collection, and validation efforts to ensure the reliability and safety of dual fuel systems.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes and ensure that projects meet regulatory and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
  • Familiarity with engineering software tools (Matlab/Simulink) and CAD design (e.g. CATIA/Solidworks) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing industry and bring fresh ideas to the development teams.
