Your Role:

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated professional with substantial care experience to join our team as a part-time Domiciliary Care Supervisor. In this position, you will work closely with the Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that adhere to industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and manual handling evaluations for new clients before initiating care services.
  • Collaborate with management to establish a robust quality assurance system that continuously monitors service delivery and outcomes for clients.
  • Hold regular one-on-one supervision meetings with care staff to provide guidance and maintain accurate records of discussions and outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for care assistants to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule to ensure coverage for unexpected absences and maintain service continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supervising staff within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred, but alternative travel arrangements will be considered.
  • Excellent assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while visiting clients in their homes.
