Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Skills Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their learning goals and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to learners, helping them to navigate their learning journey and overcome challenges.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences, including virtual group sessions, digital learning interventions, and one-to-one coaching.
  • Collaborate with learners, employers, and stakeholders to adapt our learning journey blueprint and ensure it meets the needs of our clients and learners.
  • Contribute to the development of our organisational culture, promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all.
