Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional support, training, and guidance to residential staff.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans for each child or young person.
  • Manage allocated resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Work with professional colleagues to ensure each child's best interests are identified and plans are established.
  • Devise and deliver a home rota to meet the needs of the children and staff.
Main Relationships:
  • Form and maintain professional relationships with children, families, team members, and other professionals.
  • Work with child advocates and representatives to ensure the best interests of the child are met.
Requirements:
  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential care.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
