Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional support, training, and guidance to residential staff.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans for each child or young person.
- Manage allocated resources effectively and efficiently.
- Work with professional colleagues to ensure each child's best interests are identified and plans are established.
- Devise and deliver a home rota to meet the needs of the children and staff.
- Form and maintain professional relationships with children, families, team members, and other professionals.
- Work with child advocates and representatives to ensure the best interests of the child are met.
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential care.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
