Night Supervisor

Resorts World is a vibrant leisure destination owned by Genting UK Ltd. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and inspire a passionate night team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Act as a Duty Manager and main point of contact for the Hotel during the night shift.
- Handle walk-in guests, guest concerns, and resolve any problems during their stay.
- Deal with any incidents arising throughout the shift and ensure they are reported and escalated to the necessary people and departments as needed.
- Prepare night audit reports as required.
- Supervise and lead the team in all departments of the hotel throughout the night shift.
- Deal with any issues as they arise and ensure the team are engaged and supported as they achieve their departmental goals.
- Support with the arrival and departure experience of guests and ensure that high levels of guest service are maintained throughout.
- Ensure all Company health & safety and other requirements are met consistently and that the team is aware of their obligations.
- Previous Hotel Reception experience is essential.
- Operational knowledge of Night Audit/Hotel Reception procedures & working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
- An effective communicator who is able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, building a rapport with guests in a range of situations.
- A leader who is passionate about engaging, inspiring and developing their team.
- A working understanding of Hotel compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Liquor Licensing.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- MUST be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and Night Shifts.
