Night Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Resorts World Birmingham. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and training a passionate night team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and train the night team to ensure excellent guest service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a Duty Manager and main point of contact for the hotel during the night shift.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve any problems during their stay.
- Supervise and lead the team in all departments of the hotel throughout the night shift.
- Ensure all Company health & safety and other requirements are met consistently.
- Previous Hotel Reception experience is essential.
- Operational knowledge of Night Audit/Hotel Reception procedures & working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
- An effective communicator who is able to work well under pressure.
- A leader who is passionate about engaging, inspiring and developing their team.
- A working understanding of Hotel compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Liquor Licensing.
