Job Summary:

Catch 22 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Successful Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, end users, and service providers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Daily Facilities Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, including managing the post room, FM helpdesk, and budgeting.
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Offer proactive and responsive support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Team: Work closely with the facilities team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of facilities services.
  • Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
