  • Competitive Salary: £10,151 + monthly incentives of up to £150 pro rata

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from small businesses and manufacturers, making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources, qualifying caller requirements, and deciding on the most appropriate course of action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls from small businesses and manufacturers
  • Making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources
  • Qualifying caller requirements and deciding on the most appropriate course of action
  • Dealing with customers' administrative needs using the BCAS system
  • Identifying and passing complex calls to specific administrative departments or individuals
  • Dealing with inbound sales enquiries from prospective members and making outbound prospect and follow-up calls
  • Taking ownership of all necessary actions required, including payment processing
