What We Offer- Competitive Salary: £10,151 + monthly incentives of up to £150 pro rata
- Flexible Working Hours: 16 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 08:00–18:00

We're seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from small businesses and manufacturers, making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources, qualifying caller requirements, and deciding on the most appropriate course of action.
Key Responsibilities- Taking inbound calls from small businesses and manufacturers
- Making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources
- Qualifying caller requirements and deciding on the most appropriate course of action
- Dealing with customers' administrative needs using the BCAS system
- Identifying and passing complex calls to specific administrative departments or individuals
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries from prospective members and making outbound prospect and follow-up calls
- Taking ownership of all necessary actions required, including payment processing
- Customer Focus: a genuine care for our members and their well-being, with a desire to find the best product for them
- Teamwork: the ability to work with a team that supports and mentors each other to ensure the best service possible
- Problem-Solving: the ability to handle objections and find solutions to complex problems
- Adaptability: a willingness to stay curious and open-minded in a rapidly evolving industry
