We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Advisor to join our team at CRG TEC, a leading engineering and utility organization. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our operations across various sectors, including utilities, energy, power, and water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks to personnel, assets, and the environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in SHEQ performance.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on SHEQ performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
