**Accounts Assistant Role**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our small Head Office Team at Wise Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the Credit Control & Sales Ledger function. You will work independently to manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including credit control and sales ledger functions.
  • Process transactions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a financial administration role, with a strong understanding of credit control and sales ledger functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
