About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Paralegal to join our Serious Injury team in Bristol and Cardiff. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our case handlers in the running of cases, undertaking basic case work under supervision, and assisting with litigation processes to achieve appropriate resolutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support case handlers in the running of cases by undertaking basic case work under supervision, including taking instructions from clients, obtaining and reviewing evidence, and assisting with litigation processes.
  • Support with the administrative elements of case progression, ensuring timely and efficient case management.
  • Meet time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Attend and contribute to team/practice area meetings, engaging with colleagues to ensure team objectives are achieved.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant law and practice, attending appropriate training events to ensure up-to-date legal knowledge and best practice.
  • Engage in Business Development activities as required.
