We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our business growth in the UK and abroad. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior management to develop and execute our commercial vision and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new revenue opportunities, managing commercial partnerships, and advising on market pricing and revenue models.
- Lead business development efforts to target various market segments, such as employers, employee benefit schemes, insurer panels, and hospital network systems.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet company objectives, including short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development and strategy, preferably in B2B sales and familiarity with platform SaaS models.
- A proven track record of developing new business and converting customers in the healthcare payer space.
- Experience working in the employer benefits, healthcare, and insurance sectors.
- Commercial experience within the health sciences or digital health sectors.
- A degree in business administration, sales, life sciences, or a relevant field.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with trends in the digital health industry, across the UK and US.
- A post-graduate degree, such as an MBA, or a multidisciplinary field combining business management, innovation/entrepreneurship, and healthcare/life sciences.
