The Role:
As a Registered Manager at Coburg Banks Technical, you will be responsible for leading our domiciliary care branch in Hampshire, which provides around 1000 hours of care to clients. You will also be involved in the development and growth of the business, including expanding our live-in care packages within the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and robust
  • Communicate effectively with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the company
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business

The Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who has a proven track record of managing a domiciliary care branch. You will need to have a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care leadership and management or be willing to work towards it. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. At least 2 years of managerial experience in domiciliary care, including Deputy or Care Manager roles, is required.
