Job Summary:

Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Practitioner to join our team at a SEN school. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Support: Provide tailored support to students, particularly those with special educational needs or facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
  2. Education Planning: Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating educational schemes under supervision.
  3. Individualized Plans: Help develop individual education, behavior, and risk management plans.
  4. Reintegration Support: Support and prepare students for reintegration into mainstream education.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with school staff and other professionals to ensure a smooth transition back to mainstream education.
  6. Transportation: Transport students to and from school using your own vehicle during reintegration.

Requirements:

  1. Special Educational Needs Experience: Ability to support learners with special educational needs and behavioral challenges.
