  • Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting student development, with a focus on promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality support to students with special educational needs.
  • Current enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for a new one.
