Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our brands and formats marketing plans through Email, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Work closely with the brand teams to plan campaign emails across our formats, setting up automated emails and triggers to engage our database and new sign-ups.
  • Email Marketing: Drive email open rates, CTRs, and pre-bookings by creating engaging email campaigns.
  • SMS and Push Notification Management: Manage SMS and Push Notification campaigns through our CRM system, Atreemo.
  • Customer Journey Planning: Work with the CRM manager to plan customer journeys and trigger emails to drive engagement and pre-booking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Work with the CRM manager to identify key trends in weekly and monthly data reports to drive engagement.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work with our agencies to ensure delivery of campaign and customer journey emails.
  • Budget Management: Support the team by ensuring all campaigns are within budget and purchase orders are raised correctly and processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Digital Marketing qualification or marketing qualification desirable.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
