**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, developing new business and renewals, and negotiating with insurers as needed.
- Manage renewal lists, ensuring terms are prepared in good time and service is maintained.
- Work closely with the claims team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the development of new business, including broking and underwriting.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance account handling, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including property owners and personal lines business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
