Parking Appeals Specialist

We are currently seeking dedicated Administration Assistants to become part of our dynamic appeals division. This position will be situated within our operational hub.


Core Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will engage with the Appeals Team, addressing inquiries related to private parking charge notices.
Evaluating individual cases and compiling the necessary written feedback.
Additionally, you may be tasked with managing a customer service hotline to offer guidance on the appeals process.


Key Skills Required:
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and handle a demanding workload.
Expected to meet performance indicators.
Excellent written communication capabilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications is essential.


Qualifications:
While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates must exhibit:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven with the capacity to oversee personal workload.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Meticulousness and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Competence in IT tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Position Details:

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM - 6PM (shift patterns)

Compensation: £22,308 + Bonus
