Job Title: Area Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the management of store cleaning operations in up to 23 small format convenience sites around the Home Counties area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver cleaning services to defined standards and KPI's in the provision of cleaning services to around 23+ small format convenience stores in and around the Home Counties area.
  • Recruit and effectively train all Store Cleaning staff in the Area to ensure that other colleagues are recruited and trained in line with the recruitment process.
  • Manage area and store costs within budget and ensure the requirements of Health & Safety are followed.
  • Carry out weekly and monthly cleaning audits.

Requirements:

  • Cleaning background in food retail or small format retailers.
  • Proficient in IT in the use of Excel, Word & Email.

Working Hours: The role is full time, permanent and 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, predominantly working Monday to Friday but there may be the need to work occasionally on a Saturday.

Requirements: Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence and live in / around the Home Counties area and be prepared to travel daily.
