Posting and Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Posting and Cleaning Operative. As a key member of our multi-skilled team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters are clean for our local communities to use.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weathers. You will be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in the areas of Luton and Dacorum, and will have the flexibility to manage your weekly 40 hours in a way that suits you.
You will be provided with a fully expensed company vehicle for business use, including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings. Dedicated training and support will be available to help you get started.
Requirements- Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
- Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
- Driving experience using medium-sized vans
- Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
- The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
- Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
- Flexibility of working hours
- Independent working
- All your equipment, tools, uniform, and a work van are provided for you
- You have no commuter costs, so you'll save significantly on travelling to work
- A decent salary of £26,700 for a job that works for you
- We pay a 2% quarterly bonus and 2% yearly bonus
