Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing mail and enclosures, distributing mail deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Answer and forward incoming calls, and greet and welcome visitors as they arrive.
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Prepare correspondence using our case management system.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent experience in reception duties.
  • Experience working within a legal environment.
  • Initiative and a good telephone manner.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and presentable.
