Exciting Opportunity - Manager of External Financial Reporting

Join our Finance division as a Manager of External Financial Reporting, overseeing the statutory and regulatory team within a regulated environment. This hybrid position offers a unique chance to collaborate closely with the Head of External Reporting & Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the year-end financial statement process
  • Manage relationships with auditors and external advisors
  • Deliver regulatory, tax, and external financial reporting
  • Provide insights on technical accounting and taxation
  • Implement a robust risk and control framework
  • Ensure timely provision of information for audits
  • Collaborate effectively with the Financial Control team
  • Act as deputy for the Group Financial Controller

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
  • Significant experience in external financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, financial statements, and reporting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous
