About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for our Enterprise customers, ensuring a seamless and successful experience with our Docebo platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, working with customers from different countries to identify and document success criteria.
  • Develop and monitor overall implementation schedules to meet client objectives.
  • Document onboarding project activities to ensure alignment and continuity across Customer Success departments.
  • Facilitate the development of functional and technical specifications to meet client requirements.
  • Prevent, identify, quantify, and communicate risks internally and externally.
  • Manage ongoing implementation, project documentation, and ensure projects and teams stay within utilization and budget targets.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Great understanding of consulting processes and software implementation.
  • Experience in an IT Project Manager role or in IT service implementation and delivery.
  • Experience working with clients in the Large Accounts/Enterprise space.
  • A natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them be highly successful.
  • Ability to travel as required (10% or less).
