About the RoleAs an Apprentice Development Leader, you will oversee the progress of apprentices within a designated program, ensuring quality delivery meets client, EPA, funding agency, and regulatory body standards. This office-based role is located at our client's site in Derby, United Kingdom.
Your Responsibilities:- Coach and mentor a cohort of apprentices, supporting their achievement within the apprenticeship program while accurately managing associated data and stakeholder relationships.
- Assist the Client and GP Strategies Management team in delivering KPIs within your designated program and business area.
- Develop and deliver training through a blended learning approach, including individual and group coaching, to support apprentice development.
- Conduct tripartite reviews with the Lead Provider, ensuring all apprentices are reviewed using their individual learning plan every 8 or 12 weeks as agreed with the client and Lead Provider.
- Ensure efficient management of apprentice data, maintaining accuracy and completeness, and being accountable for learners on your holdings reports.
- Manage operational governance, including quarterly governance board meetings with business leads.
- Adhere to Equality, Diversity, Health, Safety, Safeguarding, and Quality Policies within your area of responsibility, reporting any non-compliance to your manager.
A self-motivated and effective team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in apprenticeships, people management, or teaching is essential.
- Business or Engineering Apprenticeship/qualification (other disciplines will be considered)
- Strong administration and data management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Car owner and driver with the willingness to travel if necessary
- Professional attitude
- Current sector occupational competence and evidence of ongoing CPD practice at the appropriate level
- Excellent standard of secondary education
- Proficient user of MS Office
PTLLS Level 3 or equivalent teaching qualification. A professional qualification/Degree. A good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
