About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apprentice Development Leader to join our team at GP Strategies. As an Apprentice Development Leader, you will play a key role in the delivery of our apprenticeship programs, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure the success of our apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor a cohort of apprentices, supporting them towards achievement of their apprenticeship program
  • Manage all associated data and stakeholder relationships, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Deliver and develop own skills and professional qualifications to support apprentice training in a blended learning approach
  • Undertake tripartite reviews with the lead provider, ensuring all apprentices are reviewed using the individual learning plan every 8 or 12 weeks
  • Manage apprentice data efficiently, with no gaps or incorrect data, and be accountable for learners on your holdings reports
  • Ensure full understanding of recording and managing apprentice absence, holiday process, and expenses using the client systems
  • Attend best practice and standard meetings to meet the requirements of the ADL role
  • Manage operational governance, including quarterly governance board meetings with business leads
  • Ensure adherence to Equality, Diversity, Health, Safety, Safeguarding, and Quality Policies within your area of responsibility
Requirements
  • Business or Engineering Apprenticeship/qualification (other disciplines will be considered)
  • Strong administration and data management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Car owner and driver with the willingness to travel to other locations if necessary
  • Professional attitude
  • Current sector occupational competence and evidence of ongoing CPD practice at the appropriate level
  • Excellent standard of secondary education
  • Proficient user of MS Office
