About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at The Digital Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale digital change initiatives across our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, shaping, and management of complex digital change initiatives
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver business outcomes
  • Manage delivery teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managers
  • Act as Agile Release Train Engineer / Scrum Master
  • Ensure high-quality relationships with executive sponsors
  • Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues and third parties
  • Manage complex supplier relationships
  • Engage with senior stakeholders
Requirements
  • Senior delivery lead professional with experience in corporate projects (digital and customer)
  • Agile project management expertise
  • Previous experience of managing large-scale digital projects
  • Track record of partnering with product / IT teams
  • Continuous improvement backlog management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Tenacious approach to problem-solving
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare insurance market is advantageous
