We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at The Digital Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale digital change initiatives across our UK Insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, shaping, and management of complex digital change initiatives
  • Partner with business leads and stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver business outcomes
  • Manage delivery teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managers
  • Act as Agile Release Train Engineer / Scrum Master to ensure high-quality relationships with executive sponsors
  • Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across the company and with third parties to gain their commitment, support, and resources
  • Determine when necessary to escalate to the Delivery Hub and manage complex supplier relationships
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and have a tenacious approach to problem-solving
Requirements
  • Senior delivery lead professional with experience in managing large-scale digital projects
  • Agile project management expertise and a track record of partnering with product/IT teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including gravitas to present at board level
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with knowledge of the healthcare insurance market an advantage
