We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Technician to join our team at Sanctuary Property Services. As an Estate Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds and properties within our extensive portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out grounds maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, litter picking, and gutter cleaning.
- Complete daily work records and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition.
- Provide accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work.
- Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records.
- Previous experience in working with Housing Associations would be an advantageous, but not essential.
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
