Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Restaurant Operations Experience: Proven experience of working in a high-standard restaurant operation, with a strong understanding of culinary service delivery.
  • Supervisory Experience: Experience in a high-end food service supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • IT Literacy: Strong IT literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Personal License Holder: Personal license holder desirable, with a strong understanding of responsible serving practices.
