Junior CDM Advisor

Carriera have partnered with a leading construction consultancy to find a talented Junior CDM Advisor to join their team in Central London. As a Junior CDM Advisor, you will assist the Principal Designer in carrying out duties in accordance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage design-related risks
  • Obtain and collate the Pre-Construction Information Pack
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, designers, and clients through Design Team Meetings and Risk Workshops
  • Review and monitor designers' compliance
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the pre-construction phase of projects
  • Ensure designers comply with CDM
  • Provide information to contractors to manage health and safety throughout the construction phase

This role is ideal for a determined individual who has recently passed their NEBOSH qualification and is looking to increase their exposure and learning in a dynamic environment with highly skilled CDM/Principal designers.

Our client offers a range of services, including project management, cost consultancy, and client-side programme and development management. They have an extensive and intimate knowledge of public sector housing and are looking for a Junior CDM Advisor to join their team.
