About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to deliver care services to our valued clients throughout Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide or oversee personal care for clients, including meal preparation, shopping, managing bills, collecting prescriptions, and assisting with household tasks.
- Uphold the individuality and dignity of clients by promoting exceptional care standards and encouraging independence when suitable.
- Address diverse cultural needs with sensitivity and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Deliver direct care to clients as required.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and case discussions as necessary.
- Foster effective communication within the team through regular discussions and meetings.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Home Care Manager in collaboration with the post holder.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
