Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Diamond Sales Expert to join our growing team. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and driving retail growth at VRAI. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, creating memorable experiences, and selling sustainable diamonds, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations and follow-up support to clients, assisting with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policies.
  • Drive sales growth by managing your lead pipeline and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of luxury sales professionals to deliver exceptional service remotely and in-store.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop product launches, trend feedback, and in-store events.
Requirements
  • Strong e-commerce and/or jewelry experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a patient and compassionate approach to customer interactions.
  • Availability to work weekends and reside in the London area.
