Job Description

We are seeking a talented Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Pico Technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing state-of-the-art test and measurement equipment, crafting novel product architectures, and engaging in detailed circuit design and component selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative test and measurement solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
  • Conduct design calculations, simulations, and verification to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to share knowledge and expertise
  • Contribute to design reviews and support mandatory approvals processes
  • Aid in transitioning products from concept to production, including manufacturing requirements and test specifications

Requirements:

  • Strong background in digital hardware design, including FPGAs, high-speed interfaces, and memories
  • Proficiency in analog design, including low noise/high-speed design, amplifiers, and signal conditioning
  • Knowledge of sampling and conversion technology, including high sample-rate ADC converters
  • Experience with microcontroller systems, including devices and integrated peripherals
