Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox in Bishopsgate. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our club and exercise equipment, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and assisting with special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the club, including the exercise floor, locker rooms, and storage areas.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any issues or concerns that require attention.
Requirements
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment and work with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
