About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecommunications Installation Specialist to join our team at JobLookUp. As a key member of our Consumer Pre-enablement team, you will play a vital role in delivering ultrafast broadband capabilities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and test fibre cables from the Virgin Media network to customer properties.
  • Work as part of a two-person team in a local area, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fibre network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Valid clean UK driving licence (no more than 6 points, with no disqualifications required for fleet van insurance).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of power tools and manual handling procedures.
  • NRSWA Accredited or knowledge of Signing, Lighting and Guarding requirements.
